How it Works & FAQs
How long are the training courses?
They vary depending on the topic usually ranging from 1/day, 1 and 2 days depending on the nature of the topic and the depth you wish to go. Longer courses or programmes can be broken into a series of shorter sessions to suit the availability of your people.
Is this face to face or online training?
It can be either or both with a mix of face to face and virtual sessions.
Where would this be held?
We can either train at your site or arrange an offsite venue in a location to suit.
When can I do this? Can I choose the dates ?
Yes absolutely. We will arrange a date to suit with you and the facilitator.
How many people can attend?
An ideal group size is up to 12 people for maximum engagement but we know organisations have different team sizes. We are very flexible and can work with you to create cost effective group sizes to suit.
